Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction Welcome to Digital Emergency. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our hardware, software, and managed services, including CCTV installation, IT support, AI web automation, and digital marketing. By accepting a quote, signing a service agreement, or using our platforms, you agree to be bound by these terms. Digital Emergency is registered and operates out of Birmingham, England, United Kingdom.

2. Provision of Services

  • Managed IT & Security: Digital Emergency will provide installation, configuration, and ongoing support for TP-Link, VIGI, and related network infrastructure as outlined in your specific Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Digital Growth & Web: Milestone-based projects (e.g., website builds, AI automation) require sign-off at designated stages. Managed social media requires a minimum commitment period of 90 days to ensure measurable growth.
  • Third-Party Integrations: Payment processing services are provided via our partner, ZavoPay. By utilizing our POS solutions, you also agree to ZavoPay’s processing terms and conditions.

3. Client Obligations You agree to provide safe, timely access to your premises for hardware installation and maintenance. You must also ensure that any existing network infrastructure required for our systems to function meets the minimum prerequisites outlined during your initial consultation.

4. Limitation of Liability While we guarantee 99.9% uptime on managed network infrastructures, Digital Emergency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from hardware failure, third-party internet service outages, or software bugs outside of our direct control.

5. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
